Design Partner Program
Building with real strategic work
We're looking for additional organizations running real strategic work — not beta testers, design partners.
We're testing a hypothesis: that trust is the missing ingredient in broader AI adoption across the workforce. When AI monitors and escalates, people hide problems. When AI helps engage problems with full context, it builds trust — and trust unlocks collaboration that neither humans nor AI can sustain alone.
Lineage is the mechanism. Every task in OperationsOS traces back to the strategic decision that authorized it. This context allows AI to engage differently: not "you're behind schedule," but "this story isn't getting traction — here are options before it becomes an escalation."
Design partners help us validate whether that behavioral shift actually occurs. This isn't early access to software. It's participation in answering a question that matters: can AI earn trust by helping people succeed?
What We're Looking For
Organizations with:
- •Active strategic initiatives (6-12 month horizon)
- •Genuine complexity (multi-team, cross-functional, meaningful trade-offs)
- •Willingness to use real work, not synthetic test data
- •Interest in being measured—outcomes, not just opinions
- •Someone who owns the problem (VP/Director of Strategy, PMO lead, Practice Director)
Good fits:
- •Consulting firms managing client engagements on retainer
- •Mid-market companies ($50M-$500M) running transformation initiatives
- •Agencies building a practice library across engagements
- •Internal strategy teams translating executive priorities into execution

The Economics
Design partner pricing is heavily discounted—we're optimizing for learning, not revenue at this stage. Specific terms discussed after initial conversation.
